Enjoyed my time here. It was the perfect spot for a vacation, had a blast. the location of this place is awesome, right next to the beach 🏖️, near public transportation, and lots of bus stops.

Great staff, basic but very clean room and only 1 block from the beach. In short, a fantastic budget hotel! I would happily stay here again.

The beds were comfy, rooms had a romantic vibe with a lovely view, and everything was great!

Rooms are stinky and filthy . Very noisy - on a very loud street. If you want to survive the night there get earplugs with you - thats the only way not to hear 3am or 6am trash collecting cars, traffic and constant noise from a childs mini fair ( repeated all over again music ). All in all - we have paid extra to change the flights and get home 2 days earlier, even that our 2 nights have not been refunded . Country and people are nice in Portugal but this hotel was a waste of holiday .Huge mistake.

Housekeepers do a lot of noise in the morning.

Stayed at this place and found it to be friendly and really nice. Loved wandering around the area and exploring. the room I had was super clean and just what I needed, complete with a cozy bed that helped me get a good night's sleep. the food in the traditional restaurant here was absolutely fantastic! 🍽️

The place is lovely small and clean, it offers plentiful breakfast and magnificent location down to the square on the left. The staff has always been very, very nice. Great to have a traditional restaurant on the premises...

Nothing could have been better.

It is well located with many restaurantes nearby. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was a very good value and ideal for our needs since it had spacey meeting room.

The location was central, adjacent to restaurants and pastries. Tried some nice meals at Onda dos Sabores, located only a short distance from the hotel.

The location was comfortable, with everything we wanted within a short walk. Restaurants and cafés were conveniently situated near the hotel. - the room had a lovely romantic ambiance, highlighted by a vintage dresser and air conditioning. - the breakfast was exceptionally nice.

we loved our recent stay in costa da caparica. hotel praia do sol exceeded our expectations with its great location, friendly staff, and abundant breakfast. it was even better than our previous stay.

No hot water in the room.

Comfy beds and friendly staff were the best aspects of our stay. The beds were so comfortable, we had a great night's sleep. The staff were always friendly and went out of their way to assist us.

The facilities in the room were quite outdated and in need of improvement. We were expecting a more modern and updated room considering the price we paid.

We stay at Hotel Praia Do Sol once a year to visit family. Over the years, the renovations have greatly improved the hotel's appearance. The breakfast, included in the price, is always great. The staff is helpful, especially the two young employees, Raffy and the guy with glasses and a beard, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The rooms, though a bit small and dated, are clean and have everything we need after a day at the beach. The cleaning lady's towel arrangements were a nice touch.

We got great value for our money at Hotel Praia Do Sol. The room may have been a bit outdated, but it was extremely clean and had everything we needed. The location was perfect, right on a main street full of restaurants and shops, and just a short walk to the beach. The staff was super friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The breakfast menu could have had a bit more variety to make it even better.
